PODCAST CREATION & LAUNCH | 4 – 6 WEEKS

Step 1-STRATEGIC PLANNING

We ask for some background information on you, your brand and the vision you have for your podcast so we can hit the ground running.

Step 2- BRANDING CREATION

We develop your podcast description, branding colors & fonts, podcast artwork, intros & outros, social media templates, and email templates. We can build you a podcast website or create a podcast page on your existing website.

Step 3-TECHNICAL SETUP

Our team coaches you through getting your podcasting equipment set up and recording your first 3 podcast launch episodes. We also have a 60-minute call to finalize your podcast elements and address any recording questions. ***If your podcast has an interview format, we also help compile and research a guest list and will provide guest information (bio, links, interview questions), and will manage guest communication.

Step 4-PROMOTION

We share our proven podcast launch marketing strategy and have a 60 minute pre-launch call to dial in your podcast launch and make sure everything’s all set for your launch on your social media platforms, website, newsletter, etc.

Step 5-LAUNCH

  • We create and optimize your podcast’s RSS feed for optimal ranking in iTunes
  • We integrate your podcast with your existing website
  • We create a podcast page on your existing website
  • We edit, produce and write show notes for your first 3 launch episodes
